Tho storm and winds wail
Light illuminates Graces,
Bathing them in gold.

Dear friends, forgive me for not getting to blogs and generally being sparse in communication. With Spring comes much outside labor, and I am the only one doing the work!  The computer, art,  writing, reading and blogging have all taken a back seat to  planting, hauling, digging.   The result is that I am getting strong, physically and mentally!  It is good to work the land.  And to do all of this in the view of my three favorite trees is a blessing.  I have many reasons to be grateful.  Like getting to see rays of sun peeking through the afternoon thunderstorms and shining on the Graces.  :-)

I send you a ray of sun to illuminate your day.

    Beautiful Graces to grace your days! The call of the outdoors lures me, too, so that I am up long before sunrise to blog before work and again before bed. Giving all of living its appropriate space leads to a balanced, happy life. Good gardening, Cat!

    Karen, ah it is good to be outdoors and playing in the sun. Remember, just a few short weeks ago we were co-miserating on the snow! Now we have fireflies. :-) So good to see you Karen! Back to the garden, both of us!
