Not gardening, nor reading, nor singing, nor yoga, nor anything that usually lifts our spirits, nothing can assuage the pain of the bleeding oil spill in the gulf.  This post is a memorial for the precious sea and bird life that are suffering a horrible death right now.

Isn’t it time we got beyond oil?

The wound gushes blood
A relentless spilling tide
Black Death in the Gulf
