Sarah, you light up my days, I swear I don't know what I'd do without you. Re: the image. Often when I'm playing in Photoshop, I'll start shifting color values and reversing things and sometimes something amazing like this just pops out. Or, in this case, just kind of explodes into perfection. I only can claim partial control, since I'm the one moving the buttons.

The image and words are perfect complements. That's the sky we call skyblue pink, a most beautiful, magical sky and time of day.

That image gave me gooseflesh. It made me think of glass reflections of some shattered inner vision. In this case, it's a taunting kind of bewitchment. Like the pieces are straining to be put together again, after the hammer has struck its death blow.

New colors will glow on that dawning horizon. Or maybe there's still some comfort to be found in the heat from these. The sweet often follows the bitter. I don't know. Maybe there's just no way around the pain sometimes. But to honor it like you have here. And use it to spark more beauty from the pathos.
